Obesity in Children

Posted by admin On April - 30 - 2006

Recent research has uncovered interesting and startling information regarding child obesity. Children today are eating way too much and their physical activity has gone way down. We can blame technology on this startling turn of events. Most children only get any type of physical activity at school. When they reach home, it is off to the television, the playstation, the computer, or the most recent PS2. All of this technology has made children live sedentary lives at such early ages.

While children are engaging in their favorite activity of watching television or playing their favorite computer games, they are indulging in snack foods. The worst snack foods for children are the snack food of choice – potato chips, candy, cookies, cakes, etc. If children were eating more healthily, child obesity statistics would change for the better.

In order for children to overcome obesity, the whole family must take a part. The family must change the lifestyle to one more conducive to health and fitness. The entire family has to be willing to adapt to a better way of eating while focusing on the obese child. A few things a family can do to begin the cycle of overcoming obesity are:

1. Change food preparation methods.
2. Avoid purchasing snack foods, replace with fruits and vegetables.
3. Set meal times at the same time daily for the entire family.
4. Make sure children do not skip any meals.
5. Schedule family exercise time.

These changes should be made gradually and with precision. Remember the child obesity did not come about all at once, so the changes should not occur all at once. Making too many changes all at one time will make the obese child rebel against the change. The parents must take control over the obese child and take slow drastic measures to correct the problem.

Measurable changes make it easy to keep track of the child’s progress. Reward the child at set benchmarks. This will make the child want to strive to get to the next benchmark to see what type of reward he/she will get. Some rewards for the child reaching a set benchmark are:

1. A family outing to bowling, a movie, skating or bicycling.
2. Allow the child to watch his favorite television program a little later than usual.
3. Allow the child to have a small party with a few of his friends to celebrate his/her success at reaching a benchmark.

Any of these rewards will make the child raise his self-esteem and feel much better about the changes made to his/her lifestyle.

Statistics show that between five and twenty-five percent of the children and teenagers in this country today are obese. Families must develop a healthy-weight regimen for the entire family putting most of the focus on the obese child. The child cannot overcome his/her situation of obesity without the help of the family.

The environment in the home must be health conscious. Family physical activities must be incorporated into the home environment. Children emulate what they see. If the obese child sees the family eating healthy and taking an active part in physical activities, he/she will most likely take an active part in what he/she sees his/her family doing. Change is hard in any situation but success for the obese child would be attainable if the family is consistent with the plan.

Slimming- Weight Loss is Not Rocket Science

Posted by admin On April - 30 - 2006

What with our busy lifestyles getting even more hectic, is it really any surprise that people’s health and habits are suffering as a result? It is almost as though the good old fashioned lunch break has for some become an alien concept as they just grab something on the fly and don’t have time to actively sit down and enjoy what they have chosen to munch on. In fact I have helped some clients over the years that binge on their bad habits to see them through the day, such as coffee, cola and cigarettes and then scoff down all they can in the evening to attempt to satisfy their hunger. This way of doing things is really just heading for disaster.

A while ago I was helping a young lady with some issues and when I asked her about her diet, sadly I got the same old story. She said that she was too busy to eat during the day as she had a tight schedule and that to compensate she would drink around 16 bottles of cola, smoke and drink coffee throughout the day. The surprising thing was that she said she had a tight schedule – she was only 16 years old! If she didn’t seek help, then she could have had a real big problem with trying to resolve this habit as she got older.

Stop and think about your consumption of food. The great thing about weight loss is that it is not rocket science – in fact it is not hard at all – it just takes a bit of motivation to eat the right things at the right time and a bit of drive to keep you active. That’s it! There is no need to starve or punish yourself on the treadmill either. All you need is that drive and motivation to do the right thing and eat sensibly and enjoy a reasonable exercise routine. Think long term instead of short term. Lose weight over a year instead of six months. This way you will make your goal more achievable and thus more inevitable.

To increase my clients drive and motivation in slimming I use hypnosis and teach them self hypnosis. As a process, hypnosis reprograms the part of your brain that holds all of your eating habits. We call this part your sub-conscious mind.

If you are serious about using hypnosis to get you to the weight that you want and deserve to be at then I suggest that you try a hypnosis download to get you started today.

Causes Of Body Joint Pain

Posted by admin On April - 30 - 2006

Joint pain can be due to several causes and the treatment is dependant upon the cause of the pain. Joint pain is a common complaint often associated with aging process. Unusual exertion or overuse of joints can cause body joint pain. Other causes include injury, Arthritis, Tendonitis, Bursitis, Infectious diseases like influenza, measles, rheumatic fever, hepatitis and mumps, and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.

Injury

Impact and accidents of any sort leading to sprain, ligament or cartilage tear or fractures can cause body joint pain. The affected area and the nearby joints can become painful, depending upon the severity of the impact.

Arthritis

5 Amazing Ways to Overcome Tiredness

Posted by admin On April - 30 - 2006

Are you looking for ways to overcome tiredness?

Naturally, everyone will encounter situations when you feel awfully tired even though you did not do anything at all. You feel like you do not want to move, talk and it is even hard to sit in front of the couch and turn on the television. You feel that your energy just vanished.

Here are 5 amazing ways to overcome tiredness for you if you frequently encounter that irritatingly tired feeling. You need not buy any medication, the one thing you need is the motivation to overcome tiredness. In order to keep tiredness at bay, you need to keep to these 5 rules:-

1. Do not forget to have breakfast. Worse, if you have never had breakfast before, then it is time to make a change. Your metabolism rate will decrease and you begin to have a tired feeling if you do not have a hearty meal for breakfast. Try to include yogurt, cheese and bread in your breakfast. If you do not have the time for breakfast at home, pack some and take some fruits to work as well.

2. Drink as much as you can. When your body gets dehydrated, you will slack and feel tired easily. As such, you really need to drink ample water to prevent dehydration. While coffee as always been touted as the traditional energetic drink, do drink more mineral water, fruit juices or even green tea. The following recipe is especially useful:- You will need one banana, 0.04 gallon orange juice, spoon syrup and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Puree the banana and add the rest in. Drink on the go.

3. Get some rest if you feel the need to. The best way to rest is to get a good sleep. While sleeping, our cells, memory and mood regenerate. To avoid any glitches in your body system, the ideal number of hours of sleep required per person per day is around 8 hours. If you want to sleep but somehow cannot fall asleep, use warm bath water with lavender essential oil as a sedative. This will put you in a relaxing mood and fall asleep easily.

4. If the tired feeling really gets to you, switch on some pumping music and dance away. If you find it difficult for you to do, it means it will really benefit you. Control your mind and just pick up the steps and dance. Move your body like no one cares.

5. Do not sweat the small stuff. Stress can influence your energy potential in a destructive way. Do not allow yourself to be disappointed. There is no way stress can be avoided but you can overpower yourself by mixing with positive people and disconnecting yourself from situations which you cannot alter the end results. When a distressful situation comes about, shrug it off by saying “NO” and enjoy life.

Get rid of that tired feeling now and stay healthy!

Kick Your Body Into 2nd Gear — In 3 Easy Steps

Posted by admin On April - 29 - 2006

When it comes to life in general, 90% of us feel the need to lose weight or change the way we look in some way.

Once we’ve undertaken our fitness quest for weight loss or hypertrophy, usually after the first week or two we find that the energy required to do so is becoming harder and harder to conjure. Usually, these physiological changes leave our bodies craving for the fuel needed to perform these transformations. In this article i’ll show you exactly how to get the energy your body requires and how to kick your body into 2nd gear.

What do I need to keep the pace up?

When it comes to gearing our bodies to perform at higher than average energy levels, firstly it takes time. Time requires patience, which is a virtue in itself. It also requires a strong belief in what you’re setting out to do.

Here are the 3 things you need to change for optimal energy.

1. Sleep

The first and most important of them all is sleep. It is during our sleeping hours that the body does the vast majority of its repairing. Usually, the first 4 to 5 hours of sleep are spent repairing the bodies neural systems and pathways.

The last 4 hours are spent knitting worked muscles, and replenishing glucose stores for the next days activities, which, remember, are going to be higher than usual.

Based on this first step, if your not getting at least 7 to 8 hours sleep every night, your body is eating into its energy stores and before long, you will find yourself with not enough energy to carry out your program, and once your mental stubbornness wears down, you will loose the will to want to do it in the first place and you’ll revert to your previous habits.

The easiest way around this problem is to get regular, high quality sleep. Make it a priority equal to and above going to the gym.

2. Nutrition

The second step to gearing your body towards performance is nutrition. Eating right is vital to maintaining a program, especially for those of you who are participating in weight programs where the end goal is hypertrophy.

Your intake of food should be regular and healthy. Get as much fresh meat and vegetables as you can manage and stay away from processed foods wherever possible.

When writing nutritional plans for clients, I like to suggest a minimum of 5 meals a day. Beginning with breakfast as the largest meal of the day, and tapering down food portions accordingly, all the way to dinner.

Remember that it takes time and patience to get your body used to eating large meals early if it’s not something you’ve been doing for a while. Eating regular, complete meals will encourage your body not only to grow, but also to shed fat, as fat is only there as an emergency source of energy for your body.

Contrary to what the media will have you believe, the way to loose fat is not by starving yourself, but by feeing yourself healthy meals regularly — every 2 hours!

By doing this, your body will think that you’re living in a time of food aplenty, and holding fat will do nothing but hold you back. If you want to gain weight without putting on pounds of fat in the process, simply eat this way and stay away from processed foods and sweets. Chocolate tastes great, but unfortunately it isn’t part of the human bodies evolution, and therefore useless if not harmful in building a healthy lean physique.

3. Program design

Now that you’re eating right and sleeping right, the third and final step is to get a program that is not only suited to you and your energy levels, but also in accordance with what your goals are.

So many people who frequent gyms and training halls these days are over trained for what they are physically capable of. To put it simply, you cant sit behind a desk all day every day for 10 years, wake up one day and start working out and running for extended periods of time and expect your body to sustain it.

I’m not saying that you should be shy of hard training by any means — you cant get anywhere without hard training — but don’t ever OVER train. If you’re waking up in the morning and you can barely move out of bed then you’re not recovering from the previous days training.

Weight programs with the intention of hypertrophy should last from 45 to 60 minutes max. If that’s not long enough then you’re either socializing too much or doing too many exercises. Be specifically scientific about the way you build your programs, from the second you finish stretching, the clock should start ticking. You need designated rest intervals between sets depending on what stage you’re training at — be it technique, cellular or neural.

Ask questions to whoever builds your programs, and if they can’t give an informed answer on rest, duration and time under tension, find someone who can and get them to build a program for you. You’re playing around with your body and the only person who has to put up with it is you!

If running, cycling, skating, swimming or playing teams sports ensure that you stretch thoroughly before and after you train, then it will help you to be able to get up and do it again tomorrow. All these things should be down in your program, so that nothing is left out or forgotten.

By sleeping right, eating right and approaching your training with the right mindset, you will be able to function in your everyday life while building your body and not feeling that its too muchwork for you.

In today’s society of business, money and power, science and thorough work prevail, even though our bodies are expected to function in a slap and dash way. Approach your training in a scientific way and it too will run like the business you own or work for, and it will look after for many years to come.

Recent Trends in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery in Denmark

Posted by admin On April - 29 - 2006

Plastic and cosmetic surgery in Denmark, or “plastik og kosmetisk kirurgi”, as it is termed in local parlance, is gaining increasing popularity in the country. It is, but one, of the myriad manifestations of the health and fitness drive. The economic boom witnessed by the country, in the past few years, has also made the affordability factor less of a consideration. Indulgence in cosmetic beautification has gripped the young and elderly, both men and women, and touched towns, cities and the countryside, all alike.

Already about 320,000 Danes have been under the knife, in other words, 8 % of the total adult population of Denmark – and the numbers are projected to rise even further. Latest research indicates a 20 % to 30 % projected increase in the coming years of the number of Danes looking for cosmetic surgery. Interestingly, every fifth female over the age of 17 is actively considering getting cosmetic surgery done, whereas every tenth female has already had cosmetic surgery done. Eighty percent of all Danes find the notion of cosmetic surgery fully acceptable. At present, about 30,000 cosmetic surgeries, per annum, are performed nationwide.

What is even more fascinating is that men account for a significant proportion of all cosmetic surgeries performed in Denmark. Every third Dane who has undergone or is contemplating cosmetic surgery is a male. Five percent of the adult Danish male population, about 100,000 has been under the knife, and 15% to 25% of the patients at plastic and cosmetic surgery clinics are indeed male, many of whom are the metrosexual varieties.

The types of plastic and cosmetic surgeries in Denmark that generate the greatest patient interest are related to the breast treatments, eyelids, nose, liposuction, laser hair removal, abdomen and stomach, and last but not least, face-lifts.

The surge in interest in cosmetic surgeries is putting pressure on the Danish public healthcare system in a number of ways: (i) the brightest of plastic and cosmetic surgeons are defecting into private practice, thus reducing the talent pool within the public domain; and (ii) the costs of certain plastic and cosmetic surgeries performed in private hospitals are still being paid for by the public system – such as eyelid surgery, breast reduction and obesity surgery, where patients can easily claim that surgery is necessary to the healthy functioning of the body, and not due to any cosmetic concerns. According to Danish law, all cosmetic surgeries are to be financed privately by individuals, however, this grey zone of interpreting what is cosmetic versus what is essential to the healthy functioning of the body, has begun to tax the Danish public budget. Given the recent increase in the interest in cosmetic surgery, this problem is bound to worsen. In all likelihood, the Danish public healthcare system will have to put its foot down and refuse paying for such grey zone surgeries. If this happens, clearly, the demand for cosmetic surgeries at private hospitals will further rise, and hence, as will the waiting periods. To illustrate, one of the most famous private hospitals in Copenhagen, Hamlet Privathospital, has increased its revenues from cosmetic surgery three-fold in the past six years. However, the waiting period, in certain cases at private hospitals, can be as long as two-and-a-half months, from initial consultation to actual treatment.

Traditionally, cosmetic surgery has never been fully covered, if at all, by medical insurance, whether in Denmark or in most parts of the world. And, therefore, as is common knowledge, it can be an expensive undertaking. The cost of plastic and cosmetic surgery in Denmark is expensive. To quote a few examples of private hospital prices:

(i) Eyelid Surgery: ranges from DKK 7,000 to DKK 13,000 (USD 1,100 to USD 2,100)
(ii) Breast reconstruction: the surgery can cost from anywhere upwards of DKK 65,000 (USD 10,800);
(iii) Liposuction of the stomach: DKK 21,500 (USD 3,500);

(iv) Laser Hair Removal: DKK 12,000 (USD 2000)
(v) Hair Transplant: ranges from DKK 40,000 to DKK 350,000 (USD 6,600 to USD 58,000)

High cost of plastic and cosmetic surgery and significant waiting periods, has led to a notable growth in medical travel to other countries where the cost of the same treatment is lower and, therefore, more affordable for Danes. Popular treatment destinations include Turkey, Poland and Hungary. An increasing number of Danes have also now begun traveling to Asia, where they can draw the benefits of both excellent surgical treatment at the most competitive rates, combined with the option of making the trip a leisure and holiday journey. Now, given the waiting lists for cosmetic surgery even at private hospitals in Denmark, it is only natural for Danes to continue traveling abroad for treatment.

India may well be the next destination for medical tourists from Denmark. Cost of medical treatment in India for foreigners is one of the cheapest in the world, if not the most competitive. In Asia, it surpasses the cost advantages of even Thailand and Singapore. Quality of treatment is world-class, second to none, and at par, if not superior, in cases, to treatment available in the United States and the United Kingdom. In 2002, the number of foreign patients who traveled to India for treatment was 150,000. In 2005, the same figure was close to 500,000. Travel to India for medical treatment is gaining momentum – India is a fast-growing centre for tourism offering the wonders of resplendent cultural richness with the magic of India’s natural beauty. Patients are now also able to combine travel to India for medical treatment with a uniquely fulfilling holiday.

Stuck in the Food Muck (Part 1 of 3)

Posted by admin On April - 29 - 2006

Often times we know that we are not happy with our weight, health, and fitness. We know that we should make changes in our eating, exercise, and lifestyle habits, but sometimes we just get stuck in our old ways of thinking and eating.

Why do we get so stuck in not-so-good-for-you habits and stay stuck when we know better?

There are many reasons for getting stuck.

The more aware you become of what keeps you in the food rut, the more likely you will free yourself from the food muck in order to reach a higher level of health and fitness.

What keeps you stuck in a body less than your ideal? Could it be:

Conditioning

Habits

Emotional bondage

Ignorance

Laziness

Complacency (self-satisfaction)

Too many voices

Fear

Doctor worship

10.“It won’t happen to me”

In this article, let’s explore the first three reasons why we get stuck.

Conditioning: From the time we were very little, we were taught by our mothers, grandmothers, teachers, doctors, peers, and our government that, in order to be healthy, we must eat from the infamous “Four Food Groups,” which was created and pushed by the egg, dairy, and meat industries and, in 1956, endorsed by our government.

Since that time and even decades before that time, the law of the land was to center all three meals a day on meat, milk, cheese, eggs, cereals, and/or refined bread.

Vegetables and fruits were relegated to the lowly status of side-dishes.

That is how we were raised and conditioned to think and eat, and that is how most of continue to think and eat today—in spite of the fact that there is a wealth of information that tells us that it is the very “Four Food Groups” that has led and continues to lead Americans to premature, life-robbing diseases and early deaths.

But we get trapped by our conditioning.

Habits: We formed deeply ingrained habits based on our conditioning. To make matters worse, not only did we form the habit of eating an excess of meat, dairy products, and refined breads and cereals from the “Four Food Groups,” we also formed the habits of eating fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, packaged foods, refined foods, manmade foods, pop, coffee, alcohol, and sugary drinks.

And, let’s face it. Even if we know certain foods are not good for us, it is tough to change our habits. Even if we know there are healthier choices, we stay stuck in our habits. How long do you think it takes to break a lifelong habit? 21 days like some people say? No way. It takes many, many years sometimes to break lifelong habits.

Emotional Bondage: Because we have eaten a certain way for all of our lives, we are emotionally attached to certain foods. Different foods are strongly tied to our earliest memories. Food is our friend. It comforts and soothes and satisfies. We eat when we are sad. We eat when we are happy. We eat when we are alone. We eat when we are with people.

Many of our lives revolve around our favorite foods so much that we would rather die than give them up. When food holds us in emotional bondage, no matter how logical it is to make changes, it is tough to break those bonds with our old buddies and forge new eating habits. It’s tough, but not impossible!

Do these reasons resonate with you? Read parts 2 and 3 of this article to explore what else keeps us stuck in the food muck.

Are You Ready to Enter the World of Plastic Surgery?

Posted by admin On April - 29 - 2006

The increasingly popular practice of receiving plastic surgery has transformed almost every imaginable part of the exterior body. In a world where external appearances are of great value, cosmetic (and reconstructive) surgery molds and shapes the likes of company executives to a Miss America hopeful. With so many plastic surgery procedures to choose from, many individuals have opted for multiple trips “under the knife.”

Brief History of Plastic Surgery

While it may seem like a current fad, plastic surgery has historical roots that date back to ancient civilizations. For example, the practice of using skin grafts to perform reconstructive work has been documented as early as 8th century India. Leading up to the later parts of the 18th century in India, techniques in rhinoplasty (nose jobs) and otoplasty (ear surgery) were known.

Additional plastic surgery explorations and advancements were found during the 1st century Roman civilizations as they discovered ways to mend ears. In 15th century Europe, they removed skin from the back of the arm and used it to repair damaged noses. Since working on the face or head was quite dangerous in early times, surgery of this kind did not become popular until the 19th and 20th centuries.

Since the evolution of anesthesia, pain relief, and antibiotics, surgery on all parts of the body were made possible. The first recognized plastic surgeon in the United States became Dr. John Peter Mettauer, who is responsible for the first cleft palate operation that took place in 1827. From there, the techniques and procedures grew, never to look back. Below, you will find some of the most common plastic surgery options available for both men and women:

Abdominoplasty: Known as the “tummy tuck,” the stomach is reshaped and tightened during this procedure.

Blepharoplasty: When this surgery takes place, the eyelids are reshaped or permanent eyeliner is applied.

Breast Augmentation: This breast enlarging practice uses silicone gel or saline implants to enhance size and shape.

Rhinoplasty: Also referred to as a “nose job,” this part of the body is reshaped to a patients’ liking, such as removing a bump from the bridge of the nose.

Otoplasty: The ears are reshaped through this type of surgery.

Mastopexy: Known as a “breast lift,” sagging breasts are raised or this part of the body is reshaped.

Rhytidectomy: Not often referred to by its medical name, a “face lift” is performed in this type of procedure, which may remove wrinkles and other signs of aging.

Suction-Assisted Lipectomy: When fat is removed from the body, it is often referred to by its nickname of “liposuction.”

Chin Augmentation: Implants made from silicone or other materials are inserted into the chin or jawbone to enhance appearances. The same procedure is also used on the cheeks.

Buttock Augmentation: The gluteus maximus is enhanced through this procedure, which often uses silicone implants, as well as fat transfer and grafting to achieve results.

Vaginoplasty: This procedure involves the vagina, which is either reconstructed or created.

Is The Pharmacological Business Running Our Lives?

Posted by admin On April - 28 - 2006

Ronald Kessler, professor of health policy at Harvard Medical School, led a two-year study polling 9,000 adults nationwide using the World Health Organizations diagnostic mental-health survey.

His findings:

29% anxiety disorders
25% impulse control disorders
20% some sort of mood disorders
12.1% suffer from social phobia
9.5% Oppositional–defiant disorder
8.1% Attention deficit/hyper activity disorder

Most mental illnesses begin in adolescence or early adulthood, and more than one disorder will often strike at the same time. While there certainly are a large number of people in this country suffering from mental illness, do all these people need to be placed on medication to take care of these problems? There are approximately 22 million Americans currently taking psychotropic medications, many for mild conditions. Kessler’s study suggest that close to 60% of the people with serious disorders received no treatment between 2000 and 2003, and half of those who received treatment did not even meet the diagnostic criteria for a mental disorder. This may be due in part to the fact that people are going to their general practitioners for treatment of mental health disorders by an increase of 150% in the past 10 years. But only 12.7% of patients obtained “an acceptable standard of care” because although well meaning, these doctors do not have the specialized knowledge to treat these patients. (Harvard Magazine, July/August 2006)

There is another way to relieve yourself of many of the mental health issues that are invading your quality of life. Use of Neuro-linguistic programming can easily relieve you of many of these issues. Think about it: your physiology is controlled by your thoughts, and your thoughts are controlled by you. The beauty of NLP is that you can change the way you think, which can result in the decrease of many of the symptoms that create the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders. Hypnotist and NLP practitioners utilize their techniques to change the strategies that were learned and are located in the unconscious mind to strategies that work better for the client using the client’s own self-knowledge in the process. In many cases there is no need to help the pharmacological businesses get richer as you put their chemicals into your body and hope that your kidneys and liver are not damaged as a result; over time, your body will definitely have some sort of reaction to clearing the toxins these very strong medications put into your body.

I know, for I had direct experience with this particular issue long before I learned how to use the power of my own unconscious mind. And let me tell you, I was very happy to tell my ex-psychiatrist that I do indeed have much better ways of dealing with most things psychiatric in nature than she ever will, and have proved it in the intervening years, for I now have been psychiatrist- and medication-free for several years without any relapses despite personal or professional setbacks. That is how strong your mind can be once you learn how to use it to gain a joyful and passionate life without the use of medication in most cases.

I would invite you to research the neuro-linguistic professionals in your area and find some one who can help you to alleviate the common fears, anxieties and lack of self-esteem that can make life feel uncomfortable and unfulfilling. You will be surprised at how easily and quickly your perception of life can change allowing you to live life to the fullest.

Suzanne Kellner-Zinck is the founder of Dawning Visions Hypnosis, which she came to after spending over 15 years working in vendor programs for the mentally ill and in elder care. The Dawning Visions Hypnosis website has inspiring stories of how some of her clients have utilized their unconscious minds in order to clear many issues that were not effectively treated with the normal course psychiatric care. Best Place to Buy Natural Acne Treatments Online

Posted by admin On April - 28 - 2006

Natural acne treatments have been proven to get rid of acne. Acne can lead to depression if left untreated. I know that when I had acne I would always stay away from my friends and I would never be caught in public unless I had to go somewhere really important. I would avoid my friends all together. I would avoid there phone calls and would not get onto online chat programs because I was afraid they would ask me to go somewhere with them. I almost lost all of my friends because of acne.

I finally found my answer with natural acne treatments. I was able to clear my skin and go out and live again. I didn’t know what I was missing in life. I really was watching my life pass me by from my bedroom window. I hated that feeling and I know that you do too.

I am here to tell you that natural acne treatments will work. They are the best kind of treatment because they will not harm your body like the prescribed acne medications do. No need to take harsh antibiotics and no need to apply harsh face creams. I was able to clear my acne in around 3 weeks with the right natural acne treatment.

Everyone is different, so everyone has a different time frame that it takes to get completely clear from acne. I still get the occasional pimple while under stress, but that is normal. I can totally live with one pimple every so often rather than having acne all over my face. I love the way I look now. I have so much more confidence and I love spending time with my friends. I am just glad that I have friends left that I can go out with.

Natural acne treatments have done great for me. Now, like I said earlier, only get the occasional pimple. I have tried other natural treatments like lemon face wash, cucumber masks, honey, and toothpaste before finding my magical treatment. Now, don’t get me wrong. All of these things do work, but they are a permanent solution. In order to get a natural treatment to work properly you must know how to get to the root of the problem. That is what I have done and am willing to share with you.
